As Christmas and New Year approaches, we are doing everything we can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible. We will be open all days that Royal Mail, DPD and DHL are collecting.

Last UK Shipping Dates for Delivery by Xmas (to arrive by 24th Dec):

Wednesday 17th 4pm: this is our recommendation for Royal Mail first class - it's 2 days ahead of their official date, which should leave enough time for any backlogs or delays they encounter.

Friday 19th 4pm: Royal Mail's aim but not guarantee is to deliver orders placed this day by Christmas using First Class post - for safety, we would always recommend ordering a few days earlier if you need your order by Christmas!

Tuesday 23rd 4pm: for DHL, DPD and Royal Mail Next-Day Guaranteed (£5.50-£7.50)

Last Shipping Date for delivery by New Year (to arrive by 31st Dec):

Monday 29th 4pm: This is our recommendation, orders should be delivered next-day, but could be 2 days if Royal Mail have a back-log. This date is still a bit risky as it only gives Royal Mail 2 days, which might be tricky if they have a backlog. For ultimate safety to receive by Dec 31st we recommend ordering by Dec 24^th.

Tuesday 30th 4pm: While orders placed by 4pm 30th should be delivered next-day, there could be some delays so we recommend ordering by 4pm 29^th (which is still a bit risky as mentioned above). DHL, DPD or Royal Mail Next-day Saturday Guaranteed can be used before 4pm on the 30th for delivery next-day.

Festive Season Opening Dates

Until 4pm Friday 19th Dec: We're open as normal. Orders will be sent as normal. Royal Mail expect to deliver before Christmas all orders placed by 4pm on the 19th.

Until 4pm Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd Dec: We're open as normal. Only orders placed by 4pm and sent with DHL or Royal Mail's Next-Day Special Delivery service will be delivered before Christmas (other Royal Mail orders should be delivered around 27th, but may take a few days longer if they have a back-log due to Christmas). We would recommend placing your order before 4pm Monday 22nd for ultimate safety.

Orders placed after 4pm 23rd December to be sent with Royal Mail or DPD's Saturday Service will be sent the morning of the 24th and expected to be delivered 27th (but Royal Mail orders may take a few days longer if they have a back-log due to Christmas). DHL orders should be delivered Monday 29th December.

Wednesday 24th Dec: We will process as many orders as we can before Royal Mail collect at 12pm. We will do our best to process all orders up to 11.15am but in reality we may only to be able to send orders placed before 10am.

DPD will collect at 4pm we hope to process all orders placed before 3.45pm, though in reality we may only to be able to send orders placed before 3pm.

DHL will collect between 12pm and 1pm. We hope to process all orders placed before 11.45am-12.45pm, though in reality we may only to be able to send orders placed before 11.45am.

Royal Mail and DPD orders sent on the 24th are expected to be delivered on the 27th, but Royal Mail orders could be a few days longer if they have a back-log. DHL orders sent on 24th should be delivered on 29th December.

25th - 28th Dec: We'll be closed as Royal Mail, DPD and DHL are closed and not making collections :(

29th and 30th Dec: We'll be dispatching orders placed by 4pm same-day as usual. If you order after 4pm on Tuesday 30th, your order will not get to you until Jan 2nd (or Jan 3rd in Scotland) and a few days could be added to this if Royal Mail have a back-log.

Wednesday 31st Dec: We're open until 1pm.
